EcubeLearning System is a K-12 internet school designed for ambitious homeschooling parents and their child/ren who want to receive a quality academic education. They can work hard under a capable teacher who can lead them to an absolutely excellent future. WHO AM I?
I am the founder director of E-Cube Learning System. I have Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have been a computer design technologist for most of my life. I chose to home educate my three children because I believed that most of the K-12 schools are not up to the mark and mindset to train for the well educated and capable leaders of the future. Two of my children began home schooling in 3rd grade and continued till college entrance.
All my children took SAT at about 12-14 years of age and scored in the top 5-10 percentile in Math, upper 20-25 percentile in Verbal. Some of the colleges / universities extended admissions to them on the basis of SAT scores and while they did not have formal high school or graduation. They graduated from college with honors and more to continue their graduate/professional advanced education for Ph. D. in their chosen field: Astro Physics, Neuro-Science, Medical-research. Now, they are all grown up and enjoying their research and their own family.

I have been very successful in educating my children and few others, to a lesser extent. I do not have formal degree in teaching at any level. Yet out of these experiences, I have come to believe and avoided some of the serious deficiencies in education process. that teaching is not a definable and a conscious process that can translates teacher’s words to a students’ learning as if engraved in student’s brain. Even if some learning happens in that interaction, the learning will most likely disappear in a short period of time. Thus it is absolutely foolhardy to presume that something learned grade o 9 th grade, such as Algebraic Fractions, will stay intact when called for use in second year of college math.
Our mission is to offer excelent education to certain class of students-parents who savor dreams to send their children to reputed universities that limit the admissions only to exceptionally qualified students with absolutely excellent academics, alert and positive mindset, admirable social skills and enthusiasm to be the best. All these qualities do not come by hiring a trainer or attending expensive seminars. Yet many of these can be easily nurtured over many years by if the person grows up in environments at school and home is creative parents and teachers train them and support them.
These parents are aware that the world wide technology revolution is only in beginning stages and excellent opportunities will be limitless while the scientists and technologists with proven abilities would always be in short supply.

More than a bed rock of careers, it is the bedrock of the personality The central theme of this institution is “E cube” to wit: The three E’s; Education, Excellence, Empowering; in mutual and enhancing; shapes a cube. in quality of youth education by improving the curriculum, pedagogy and raising the bar for test-performance. E-cube believes that in addition to the above improvements, also needed are many simultaneous non-acdemic improvements are necessary in student competence, behavior, habits and practices. Lear I am the founder of E3LS. My background is a home-schooling father dedicated to excellence. All three of my children entered universities reputable in sciences, research and technology and now placed in excellent science and medical research. I am setting up this internet school with a progressive agenda with goals that are futuristic yet very practicable and relevant goals. The pedagogy, curriculum and class-interactions are meaningful for the participants. In other words, we strive to address their concerns, hopes and above all, their ambitions for success during a time when today’s children are growing to become the adults who must lead a new world.
I believed that in a child’s life, the K-12 years are undoubtedly the most important, highly sensitive and with a huge and unknown potential of shaping the very identity of each child. That means, these years can have an irrevocable imprint on the growth: enhance it , hinder it or even thwart a positive growth in multiple dimensions: intelligence, maturity, knowledge, perceptive acumen, open mindedness and social adaptability. In short, these are the years that do determine the kind of person the child can become. All the academic education that the schools may provide is but a small sliver of this total growth. Of course, they do learn a lot academically, but it is far more important how and why they learn. They learn ‘correct’ answer to the questions, yet even more important for them to develop alertness to question what is taught. They learn to memorize and pass the multiple choice tests; what the teacher says yet that process is, by and of itself, intrinsically flawed and o ften is counterproductive to a positive growth process.
In deference to this obviously simple belief, we decided to home-educate. We began home school during their 2nd-4th grades. We worked hard, children were enthusiastic. They learne academics and many real world aspects of life. They did not become robots trained to game the multiple choice tests. They learned to answer questions and, more importantly, also question the answers. In about 3-5 years, both of them had begun university studies at highly reputed and competitive universities. They performed marvelously and eventually proceeded to pursue careers in advanced research in sciences and medical professions. ().

We home-educated children from early primary grades to enter and graduate from some of the highly reputed science, medicine, research universities.
Home educated or not, of course, the student, AND PARENTS TOO, who have an ambition to earn a life of excellent standing in modern profession or business, must begin seriously thinking about it in early age of the son/daughter.

Also, such efforts must be sustained for a decade or more: age 12-22. must embrace a well thought out type of education with a performance that demands hard work, organization, discipline. We believed that ages of 6-12 are critical years and K-12 is an extremely important period in the total growth of an individual. We integrated academic learning, especially the math and the science, with understanding the simple events and phenomena of life. They felt proud, confident and eager to learn. The progress was superb. WE even started them in local college by signing up in classes like swim and archery. They had always learned to learn honestly and with enthusiasm. They found out very quickly, that they can learn anything by organizing their work and working hard. In short, even at the age of 13-15, they were mature and responsible to be college students.
By the time they are 17-18, they are truly adults with a vision of the life to come and a desire to shape it.
Now they have organized their valuable experience and understanding into a teaching system that creatively addresses the problems faced in early education.
